Modern driver development includes understanding the technology shaping the future. We combine AI-supported learning with personal guidance and real-world judgment.
AI is part of the future.
Understanding it
is part of preparation.
Race Face embraces new technology, including AI avatar coaches, and teaches young drivers how to use AI thoughtfully.
The goal is not to let a tool do the thinking. It is to help drivers learn, organize ideas, communicate more clearly, and take responsibility for what they create.
Technology supports the development experience. Our team's one-on-one coaching for drivers and parents keeps the human relationship at its center.
The Future of Driver Development Is Here
At Race Face Brand Development, preparing young drivers for the future means helping them understand—and responsibly use—the technology shaping it. That’s why we’re building Race Face’s specialized AI support system: a coordinated team of AI assistants supporting driver development, sponsorship strategy, public relations, social media, digital design, and communications.
These AI assistants help us research information, explore opportunities, organize ideas, and develop content and creative materials. For drivers and families, that means better preparation for the work beyond the race car—from telling a driver’s story to researching potential sponsors and preparing for business conversations. Important facts and recommendations still require verification and human judgment.
Technology supports the work. People guide the journey.
Experience, relationships, judgment, and personal commitment remain at the heart of Race Face. Led by Rod and Carol Wortham, our team brings real-world motorsports and business experience to the decisions that matter. AI supports that experience; it does not replace personal coaching, trusted relationships, or getting to know your family.
We also want our drivers to learn how to use AI productively and responsibly: asking better questions, checking sources, protecting private information, and communicating in their own voice. Those habits have value both on and off the racetrack.
We’re not waiting for the future of driver development to arrive. We’re building it into how we prepare young drivers today.
Avatar-supported.

Use it with purpose.
Check it with judgment.
A thoughtful approach to technology connects useful skills with the driver’s own voice and responsibility.
Organize your ideas.
Explore how AI can support preparation and drafting. Check the details, make the message your own, and stand behind what you share.
Ask better questions.
Use tools to explore unfamiliar topics and prepare for conversations. Learn to check answers rather than accepting them automatically.
Tell your real story.
Explore creative ideas while staying true to your experience, values, achievements, and relationships.
Stay responsible.
Understand that AI can be wrong. Protect private information, check what matters, and know when to ask a person for guidance.
