Real relationships.
Personal commitment.

Race Face Brand Development works with drivers and families on the preparation beyond the race car. Developing people starts with getting to know them.

Your goals.
Your questions.
A real conversation.

Our team provides one-on-one coaching for drivers and parents. Those conversations make space for individual challenges, development priorities, and the decisions ahead.

The relationship is about more than a racing schedule. It is about how a driver prepares, how a family understands the journey, and what both can do to move forward with purpose.

Community outreach

Beyond the track.
Beside our community.

Supporting the Friends of Jaclyn Foundation

Being part of racing gives us an opportunity to stand for something beyond results. Race Face supports the Friends of Jaclyn Foundation and its work bringing friendship, encouragement, and connection to children and families facing childhood cancer.

The foundation connects children living with pediatric brain tumors and other childhood cancers with sports teams, clubs, and community groups, helping create a sense of belonging and ongoing support.

For Race Face, this is part of developing the person behind the helmet. Compassion, perspective, and showing up for others belong alongside preparation and professionalism. We want young drivers to understand that the impact they make on people matters beyond the finish line.

Our guiding principles

How you compete
matters.
So does how you grow.

Integrity, accountability, and professionalism are part of the driver’s development—not separate from it. We encourage drivers to listen, follow through, and represent their relationships with care.

We also believe parents deserve guidance. Supporting the family conversation is part of supporting the driver.
