Build the driver.
Support the family.
A racing career asks more of a driver than speed. We focus on the preparation, relationships, and professional habits that go with them everywhere.
The person comes first.
Explore the work from a driver’s perspective, a parent’s perspective, or as one connected experience.
01
Brand development
Connect the driver’s story with their professional presentation. Websites, logos, hero cards, and marketing decks support the person and the relationships behind the brand.
02
Communication
Learn to express your story, goals, and perspective clearly. Prepare for interviews, conversations with partners, and the everyday interactions that shape a reputation.
03
Professional habits
Prepare, follow through, listen to feedback, and take responsibility. The work outside the car is part of the work of being a driver.
04
Sponsorship understanding
Understand sponsorship as a business relationship: value, representation, activation, and continued care—not simply a logo on a race car.
Family direction
Work through expectations, development priorities, and the decisions ahead. Rod’s one-on-one coaching gives parents a direct conversation about their family’s next step.
The work off the track
travels with you.
Drivers do the work.
Families support the process.
Progress takes participation. Start with an honest conversation about the goals, responsibilities, and support that make sense for your family.
Beyond the track.
Beside our community.
Supporting the Friends of Jaclyn Foundation
Being part of racing gives us an opportunity to stand for something beyond results. Race Face supports the Friends of Jaclyn Foundation and its work bringing friendship, encouragement, and connection to children and families facing childhood cancer.
The foundation connects children living with pediatric brain tumors and other childhood cancers with sports teams, clubs, and community groups, helping create a sense of belonging and ongoing support.
For Race Face, this is part of developing the person behind the helmet. Compassion, perspective, and showing up for others belong alongside preparation and professionalism. We want young drivers to understand that the impact they make on people matters beyond the finish line.
