Race Face NEXT and Race Face Advancement share a commitment to developing prepared, professional drivers. The right conversation starts with where you are today.

RACE FACE NEXT

BUILD THE
FOUNDATION.

Developing Young Drivers. Guiding Families. Recognizing Future Talent.

Race Face NEXT is designed specifically for young drivers ages 6–12 who are in the early stages of their racing journey.

For many of these drivers, racing is still relatively new. Equally important, their parents may have little or no previous experience in motorsports. NEXT provides specialized coaching to help young drivers develop confidence, communication skills, sportsmanship, and an understanding of what it takes to grow both on and off the racetrack.

We also recognize that parents play a critical role in a young driver's development. Through guidance and education, we help families better understand the racing environment, make informed decisions, and establish realistic expectations for the future.

Beyond development, Race Face NEXT is also a platform for recognizing and promoting young drivers who demonstrate exceptional promise. Much like the NASCAR Next initiative that highlighted emerging talent, our goal is to identify drivers we believe have the potential to become tomorrow's racing stars and help introduce them to a broader audience.

PREPARE FOR
WHAT COMES NEXT.

Preparing Drivers for the Business of Racing.

Race Face Advancement is designed for more experienced drivers who have demonstrated strong racecraft, developed a presence on social media, and established the communication skills necessary to represent themselves professionally.

These are drivers who have moved beyond simply enjoying racing as a sport and have made a serious commitment to pursuing it as a career.

The Advancement Program builds on those existing skills, with greater emphasis on professional development, personal branding, sponsorship education, relationship building, media readiness, and understanding the business of motorsports.

Parents are an important part of this process. As the competition becomes more demanding and the financial commitments increase, families must understand the business decisions, marketing responsibilities, and relationships involved in moving through the racing ranks.

Drivers do not have to participate in Race Face NEXT before entering Advancement. Those who already demonstrate the necessary experience, maturity, and professional skills may qualify for direct entry into the Advancement Program.

You don’t have to choose a program first. We will discuss current fit, scope, eligibility, pricing, availability, and responsibilities before enrollment.
